About the Authors:
Tim Hamilton has worked in the field of chemical dependency counseling and education since 1974. Hamilton is a contributing author to Hazelden's "The Dual Disorders Recovery Book" and co-author of "The 12 Steps and Dual Disorders".
Pat Samples writes extensively about health, education, and human behavior, and is co-author of the Hazelden book, "Self-Care for Caregivers: A Twelve Step Approach". She lives in Minneapolis and is actively involved in Twelve Step programs.
